1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using SixPx ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
SixPx is a digital platform that allows users to purchase, claim, and manage pixel blocks on an interactive world map. Users can display images, text, links, and branding on their claimed pixels.
3. User Accounts
You must create an account to use certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
4. Pixel Ownership & Duration
Pixels are licensed, not sold. When you purchase a pixel block, you receive a time-limited license to display content on that area of the map. Durations include daily, weekly, monthly, yearly, and permanent options. Expired pixels are automatically released and may be claimed by other users.
5. Payments & Refunds
All payments are processed through Stripe. Prices are displayed before purchase. All sales are final — we do not offer refunds for pixel purchases once the transaction is completed, except where required by law.
6. Prohibited Content
You may not upload or display content that is: illegal, hateful, threatening, harassing, defamatory, obscene, sexually explicit involving minors, infringing on intellectual property rights, or otherwise objectionable. SixPx reserves the right to remove any content and suspend accounts that violate these rules.
7. Content Moderation
We reserve the right to review, edit, suspend, or remove any pixel content at our sole discretion, without prior notice. This includes but is not limited to content that violates our guidelines or applicable laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
SixPx is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
